Richard E Burdette, Jr. Scholarship

The Richard E. Burdette, Jr. Scholarship is closed for the
2024鈥�2025 academic year. The college will be accepting application submissions for the 2025鈥�2026 academic year from September 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025.

Eligibility and Criteria

  • have junior or senior status in a major program housed in the Fisher College of Science and Mathematics
  • be enrolled as a full-time student (at least 12 credit hours)
  • have a cumulative Grade Point Average above 3.5 
  • demonstrate significant continual leadership and service to the University through student organizations, University committee participation, participation in study abroad/away programming or outstanding contributions to campus life

Award Amount

$1,500 one-time non-renewable
